• Not misuse or resell reports

4. Nature of Verification

• Verifications are based on information and documents provided by the candidate or third-party sources
• TrustVouch does not guarantee absolute accuracy
• Reports represent findings at the time of verification

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• TrustVouch shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Liability, if any, shall be limited to the fees paid for the specific verification

6. Intellectual Property

All reports, content, and systems remain the intellectual property of TrustVouch.

7. Termination

TrustVouch may suspend or terminate services in case of misuse, illegal activity, or breach of these terms.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Jurisdiction shall be courts of Tamil Nadu, India.
